Fourth stop: Tremé. Don’t watch the show but find the history of the area interesting. It’s a bit unfair to only show the neglect as there are a lot of attractive houses in the neighborhood. I’ve really been drawn to the poverty and the wildness here. I feel a bit voyeuristic and rude, but it’s something I’ve sought every day
